Very yummy place for katsu sandos and other types. The service is really fast and prices are reasonable. The staff helped me out with suggestions and I ended up getting the prawn one which was amazing and just what I was after. They also make coffee there as well

This is my second time eating here, I am still impressed. The buttermilk fried chicken sandwich is juicy with pickles, it goes very well together, and the shrimp sandwich has a lot of shrimp and corn. The watermelon juice is refreshing. Will definitely come back!!

Tasted great! Solid quality. We ordered the steamed chicken & avo, and Sichuan beef. The beef had a lovely crumb coating and cut through with a paper knife very well. The texture was perfect for me. Pricing is rather high ($16-$21 for one) but the ingredients felt fresh and I gotta admit, the taste made it worth it. It was also rather filling. I felt quite full. They had a special deal with 2 sandwiches and a free hot drink (we got sencha). There are some other pre-made sandos on display which are cheaper than most items on the menu if you need to grab and go as well. I do wish that there was a dine-in option for the cups/drinks and the sandoitches for environmental reasons and because there were dine-in tables available at that part of the shopping strip. It would feel better drinking out of proper cups / eating off plates (but the practicality of the box is good because it kept all the loose bits such as lettuce contained and clean). Staff were friendly! The seating was pretty average, but I adored the aesthetic of the shop and how cohesive it felt. Comfy vibes. I want to come back and try their matcha!

Butter milk fried chicken was worth the wait! A free cup of water is much appreciated. Lovely people.

Delicious sandwich! We had a brunch here. The bread was light and soft like the cloud and the filling was crispy and juicy. It was actually quite filling. Highly recommend.

My 2nd time visiting the Chatswood store, the ebi prawn Katsu sandwich was ok. I thought this time I try the barramundi bowl with soba, I must say I was pretty disappointed, the batter of the Katsu was nice but everyone in the bowl the dressing was not right, the flavour balance was pretty disappointed, I think if I do visit again will just stick with sandwiches.
